Ben Counsell

Ben Counsell has a strong background in frontend UI development and engineering. Ben most recently worked at Made People as the Head of Frontend UI Engineering, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend UI Developer at the same company from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before their time at Made People, Ben worked at Fishbrain as a Frontend Engineer from April 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they played a key role in transforming the company's marketing site into a modern web app serving over 10 million users. Ben utilized React, Typescript, and CSS to code and worked in a cross-functional team.

At Realmac Software, starting in 2005, Ben worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Ben was responsible for full-stack development of a subscription-based marketplace, using technologies such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
