Peata Kulaga is the current GX Manager at MadeComfy. Peata has over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations Management, and has previously worked for onefinestay. During their time at onefinestay, they were responsible for managing and motivating a global team, working on high-level cross-functional project management, and responsible for process improvements and implementation from start to finish. This included idea generation, collaboration across internal teams globally, process roll-out as well as guides and training material for their direct team and other teams across the business. Peata also collaborated across all functions to ensure a smooth host and guest experience. In addition, they were responsible for team morale and administration including 1:1s, meeting preparation and liaising with other teams within the business to constantly improve and build solid working relationships. Furthermore, they were responsible for team commissions and KPIs - timely reporting and accurate figures to pay the team's monthly commission remuneration based on their complex incentive plan. Peata also built and reported on KPIs and incentives within the team including outbound calls, NPS scores, and process adoption rates. Lastly, they managed day to day tasks such as email, phone, slack, meetings etc.

Peata Kulaga has an advanced diploma in hospitality administration/management from TAFE NSW. Peata also has a higher school certificate in English, hospitality, food technology, drama, entertainment studies from Carlingford High School. In addition, they have completed a leadership essentials course in management and leadership from Master Connection Associates. Finally, they have a bachelor of business studies in business administration, management and operations from Charles Sturt University.
