Jonny Frazer

Jonny Frazer is currently serving as the Head of Digital Futures Academy at MadeFor, where Jonny focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines for critical capabilities. Prior to this, Jonny held positions at Veriteer and BT, where Jonny led agile transformations, drove culture initiatives, and managed major transformation programs. Jonny began their career as a Software Engineer Apprentice and holds a degree in Information and Computing Technology from Staffordshire University.
