Laurent Serres

Laurent Serres currently serves as the Directeur Technique Groupe at Mademoiselle Desserts since July 2012, having previously held the positions of Directeur Technique et Logistique within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur Usine at Martine Specialites from January 2007 to June 2012 and at Sofrapain from January 2006 to January 2007. Laurent Serres is an alumnus of the French National and KEDGE Business School, with education spanning from 1992 to 1995.
