Pauline Fransen

Pauline Fransen is a seasoned professional in technical documentation and machine safety, currently serving as a Machine Safety Expert and Technical Author at Madern Automation since January 2023. Previously, Pauline worked as a Technisch Documentalist at ESV Technisch Adviesbureau B.V., focusing on user manuals and technical documentation while training as a CE consultant in machine safety. As a Lead Technical Author at CSi Industries, Pauline ensured the accuracy and completeness of user manuals for machines and installations. Additional roles include being a columnist and author in ethical discourse, a junior researcher at the University of Twente, and a member of the editorial board for the DO-Koerier newsletter on sustainable development. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Wijsbegeerte van Wetenschap, Technologie en Samenleving and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente.
