Sultan AlSulmi has work experience that spans across three different companies, starting from 2018. Sultan worked at the Ministry of Justice - KSA as a Technical Support Agent, Quality Assurance Agent, and Database Developer. Sultan managed the ticketing system, investigated technical problems, created and implemented policies and practices for quality assurance, updated and analyzed the company's database, and identified sensitive data. In 2021, they joined Nasseer M. Al Sulmi Sons L.L.C as a Product Manager, where they identified product opportunities, monitored the market, developed competitive analyses, and followed up on the opportunities presented on monafasat. Currently, they work as a Business Development Manager at MadfoatCom, starting from 2023.

Sultan AlSulmi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Future University from 2012 to 2017. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Information Technology Project Management, Project Management Professional, SQL Server for Beginners, Introduction into Project Management Professional, Teamwork Skills, General English, and Quality Standards Digital Decision Design from various institutions such as Udemy, Digital Giving Initiative, Last Planner Management Consulting, and Wimbledon School of English between 2017 to 2022.
