Pauline Lapus is a skilled graphic artist and operations manager with extensive experience in the creative industry. Currently serving as a Graphic Artist at Behind The Scenes Studio since April 2024 and as Staff and Operations Manager at Madgicx since February 2021, Pauline focuses on executing operational goals and enhancing performance. Previous roles include Senior Graphic Design Team Lead at FirstCom Solutions Pte Ltd, where leadership and collaboration on social media campaigns were key responsibilities. With a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Multimedia from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, Pauline has also contributed as a freelance graphic designer and video editor, delivering impactful designs and multimedia solutions across various projects.
