Client Success Lead at MadHive

Alex Veytsman is the current Client Success Lead at MadHive. Prior to MadHive, Alex was with Itinsy. Before that, Alex spent four years at Integral Ad Science (IAS), where they served as Director of Customer Success for the East region. At IAS, Alex led a team of CSMs that oversaw installed base growth of 71% YoY for verification measurement on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat & Spotify.

Under Alex's leadership, the Customer Success team underwent a transformational change to become an ARR-centric organization. Initiatives included development of a Client Health Score & CS New Hire Bootcamp. The Health Score is a robust and highly scalable tool that is leveraged by the global CSM team to serve as a predictive force for risk mitigation and identification of growth opportunities.

Alex partnered with Vista Equity Partners in the creation of an Account Intelligence System for streamlined Account Health, Account Planning & Strategy. Alex also established a close collaboration with the Product team in the areas of UI data accessibility and flexibility, Customer Experience, and automation of mapping tools.

In addition, Alex partnered with various teams to tell a better IAS story - Analytics/Insights team on Time in View, Educational Services team on creation of customer self-serve videos, Customer Excellence to inform internal ticketing prioritization based on Health Score.

Alex Veytsman's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and a Regents Advanced Designation Diploma from Staten Island Technical High School.
