Youssef Zahran

Youssef Zahran has developed a robust career in community management and client relations, currently serving as the Community Deputy Manager at Madinet Masr since January 2021, following roles as Lead Community Specialist and Senior Community Management Executive. Previously, Youssef held the position of Senior Client Relations Executive at DMG | Mountain View for a brief period in late 2020 and served as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Alex Builders from August 2019 to September 2020. Youssef began a career in customer service at Quebec Construction from November 2016 to July 2019 and started as a Community Management Trainee at Emaar Misr in mid-2016. Youssef Zahran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Cairo University, completed in 2019.
