Jen Emmons

Jen Emmons, PHR, currently serves as an Instructor in the Professional and Continuing Education department at Madison Area Technical College, where curriculum development and course delivery cover topics such as leadership and emotional intelligence. Previously, as a Talent Strategist and Sourcing Specialist at Carex Consulting Group, Emmons specialized in identifying talent for various roles while contributing as a brand ambassador and thought leader through industry publications. Emmons held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Compliance at WPS Health Solutions, implementing strategies for employee recruitment and retention. In a prior position at Alliant Energy, Emmons led recruitment efforts during a significant workforce transition. Other experiences include roles as Senior Recruiter at Spectrum Brands, Career Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at TDS®, with a foundational education in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
