Crystal Scearce

Crystal Scearce is a seasoned community and property manager with extensive experience in the real estate management sector. Currently serving as Community Manager at Madison Communities since November 2022, Crystal previously held the position of Property Manager at GVA Property Management and The Solomon Organization from July 2022 to November 2022 and February 2018 to July 2022, respectively. Crystal's career began at UDR as a Marketing Associate, followed by various roles at Bell Partners Inc, including Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Leasing Consultant. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
