Kaitlyn Klaiber

Kaitlyn Klaiber is an experienced professional in property management and admissions recruitment. Currently serving as the Assistant Community Manager at Madison Communities since August 2021, Kaitlyn has demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, occupancy management, and delinquency control, achieving a 100% pre-leased status for the first half of 2024. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Multi-Site Leasing Professional, conducting property tours and managing application processes for four communities in downtown Charleston. Earlier roles include Admissions Recruiter and Student Ambassador at Corning Community College, where Kaitlyn facilitated the admissions process and developed training resources. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Corning Community College.
