Hannah Coulter

Hannah Coulter is a dedicated Compensation Analyst at the Madison County Commission, responsible for managing compensation strategies for over 1,000 employees since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hannah served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Alliance Technical Group, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of the UKG HRIS and conducting training sessions for staff on the new platform. Hannah's career began at The Something Blue Shoppe, where roles included Human Resources Coordinator and Social Media/Marketing.
