Matt is a Director with the Financial & Transaction Services team. Prior to MDP, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Group at Gleacher & Company. Matt serves on the Boards of Directors for The Amynta Group, Benefytt Technologies & Navacord, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Fleet Complete. He is actively involved in MDP's investment in NFP Corp. and The Ardonagh Group.
