Amit Raj

Amit Raj has extensive work experience in the field of technology and solutions engineering. Amit started their career as an Internship Trainee at Intense Technologies Ltd in 2008. Amit then worked as a Cisco TAC Engineer at Cisco from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they joined IPsoft as a Senior IP Telephony Engineer from 2011 to 2012. Amit then worked as a Cisco UC consultant at Hewlett-Packard from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Amit joined Cisco as a Network Consulting Engineer, where they provided advanced services to various Cisco clients, developing solutions to meet their communication network needs. Amit stayed with Cisco until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Amit worked at Optus as a UC Engineer, where they engineered custom UC solutions for a range of Optus clientele and supported sales teams and project managers in developing project scopes and estimates. Amit was involved in projects such as UC design and implementation at Western Sydney Stadium and Legacy PBX to Cisco HCS migration at Uniting.

From 2018 to 2019, Amit worked at TAL Australia as a Solutions Engineer, providing end-to-end technical solutions and consulting services on various technologies such as Unified Communications and Collaboration, Contact Centre, and WebEx.

From 2019 to 2022, Amit worked at JB Hi-Fi Solutions as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where they served as a pre-sales and post-sales consultant for the company's clientele. Amit developed innovative solutions by understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating the technical and commercial attributes of the solutions.

In 2022, Amit joined Ericom as a Presales Solutions Architect, working closely with vendors to offer the right solutions for enterprise clients. Amit successfully developed various solutions, including Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center and Cisco Firepower Solution.

Currently, Amit is a Presales Solutions Engineer - Cisco IoT at Madison Group Enterprises, where they utilize their expertise to provide solutions in the field of Cisco IoT.

Amit Raj completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics from the Global Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007.
