Angela Woodland

Angela Woodland has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Angela is currently the Managing Director of Human Resources at Madison Industries since January 2020. Prior to this, Angela served as the Managing Director of HR Operations at Filtration Group from August 2015 to December 2019. Angela also worked at Dell as an HR Business Partner from December 2012 to August 2015. Angela has experience running their own HR consulting business as the HR Consultant/Owner of Red Shoe Consulting, LLC from July 2009 to December 2012. Angela also held roles at Bridgepoint Consulting, LLC as the Director of Human Resources Consulting from October 2007 to July 2009. Angela's previous experience includes Executive Director Human Resources at Dell Inc., where they led HR teams supporting various departments, and Human Resources Manager at GE Harris Railway Electronics, where they managed all aspects of HR for a joint venture. Angela began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Harris Corporation in 1990.

Angela Woodland completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1988. Angela then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at the same university from 1988 to 1990.
