John Lavorato

John Lavorato currently serves as General Counsel at Madison Industries since February 2016 and as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Texas since September 2015, focusing on leadership, business, and ethics. Prior to these roles, John spent 15 years at Dell, advancing through positions including Vice President of Sales Operations, where responsibilities encompassed global sales productivity and team development, and Legal Executive Director, providing strategic legal guidance for significant global business units. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Seyfarth Shaw specializing in commercial litigation and government contracts, as well as a Judge Advocate in the US Army, focusing on operations law and litigation. John holds an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD in International Business from Santa Clara University School of Law, complemented by a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
