Grace Kamau is the Chief Accountant at Madison Group. Prior to this, they were the Acting General Manager at Madison Investment Managers Limited from July 2016 to September 2016, and before that, they were in the same role from April 2015 to September 2015. During their time as Acting General Manager, they were responsible for the implementation of the company's strategic plan, ensuring successful marketing and sales of the company's products, meeting client performance benchmarks of the investments under management, maintaining accurate and up to date records of the company and investments under management, maintaining close relationships with all stakeholders, organisational development and personnel management of all employees, and ensuring internal risk and compliance systems and procedures are effective.

Some key achievements during Grace's time as Acting General Manager include ensuring smooth continuity of the company during transition periods, providing leadership to staff, growth in customer numbers and funds under management, retention of clients through excellent customer service, maintaining good relations with regulators including successful renewal of relevant operating licenses, and timely and adequate reporting to the Board.

After completing their undergraduate degree in economics, Grace Kamau pursued a career in tax administration by completing a post-graduate diploma at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration. Grace then furthered their education by obtaining a Certified Public Accountant designation from Strathmore University. Currently, they are pursuing a career as a certified secretary after completing coursework at Star College of Management Studies.

Grace Kamau reports to Rebecca Tiba, Managing Director, Madison Investment Managers Ltd. They work with Mark Willie - Business Development Manager, Marianne Kinyenje - Operations and Administration Manager.
