Alphel Musukwa

Alphel Musukwa is currently the Head of Claims & Customer Service at aYo Holdings. Previously, Alphel worked as Claims Assessor & Customer Service Team Lead at aYo Holdings South Africa. Prior to that, Alphel was an Assistant Manager at Madison Life Insurance Company Zambia Limited and also worked as an Underwriting Assistant at Madison Life Insurance Company. Alphel started their career as a Claims Administrator at MLife and later as an Underwriting Clerk at Madison Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Alphel holds a Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Insurance from Zambia Insurance Business College Trust.
