Crystal Chiew is a Strategic Customer Success Manager for APAC at Madison Logic, having held the position since October 2022. Previously, Crystal served as a Category Account Manager at Qoo10 Singapore from June 2019 to September 2022, focusing on business account growth and client relationship management. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore and a Personal Banker at UOB, where roles involved assessing financial objectives and providing tailored banking solutions. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and a Diploma of Education in Product Design from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
