Austin Sims

Austin Sims is the Executive Director of Madison Main Street Program, a non-profit organization focused on preserving historic downtowns in Indiana since February 2020. Prior to this role, Austin served as a Tier III Technical Support Specialist at AlsoEnergy, where responsibilities included providing technical support for monitoring solutions in the photovoltaic market from May 2018 to February 2020. Before that, Austin worked at Locus Energy, starting as a Technical Support Specialist and advancing to Tier II and Tier III positions until the merger with AlsoEnergy. Austin's early experience includes an internship at VET Environmental Engineering, LLC, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and a Geography minor from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Main Street America Revitalization Professional Certificate expected in 2024.
