David Patalita is Director of Construction for Madison Marquette, where he oversees construction at the Wharf DC.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Patalita was Managing Partner at First Coast Partners, a real estate development consulting firm, where his clients ranged from Metro Realty Advisors, INOVA Hospital, Elm Street Development, and 7-Eleven. He consulted on several developments, including Woodley Wardman Condominiums, Rutherford Crossing Shopping Center, and VA Promenade Regal Theater. He also served as Vice President of Development and Construction for the Peterson Companies during this time.
Other roles include Director of Retail Development and Construction for Faison & Associates in Bethesda, MD, where he led development for over three million square feet of grocery anchored shopping centers in the Washington region. He was also Director of Development for Giant of Maryland, LLC and GFS Realty, and Vice President of Construction and Renovation for Saul Centers, Inc. in Chevy Chase, MD, where he was responsible for all new construction and renovation projects for a 5.9 million square foot portfolio encompassing eight states.
Mr. Patalita holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
