Nigel Keenan

Nigel Keenan brings over 20 years of experience with large and boutique real estate investment companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a diverse range of activities -- from acquisitions, portfolio and asset management and investment sales to strategy development and implementation. Cumulatively, these activities have totaled over $2 billion in actual transactions.

Nigel joined Madison Marquette following the 2019 merger with The Roseview Group. Before joining Roseview in 2009, Nigel worked at Colony Capital (Colony Realty Partners) as a Managing Director, where he was responsible for acquisitions on behalf of some of the largest pension funds in the world. He was a partner in funds sponsored by General Investment and Development (GID), where he worked for over 12 years and served as Director of Office Investments and Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to joining GID, he was an asset manager at Boston Financial (Lend Lease). Nigel began his career at AREEA Investment Advisory Services Inc., where he worked on behalf of the Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Nigel graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
