Kelly Wadsworth Sphr, Cpsp, Ssgp

Kelly Wadsworth, SPHR, CPSP, SSGP has extensive experience in human resources management. Kelly is currently the Director of Human Resources at Madisonhealth since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources and Safety at Seneca Companies, Inc from September 2019 to April 2023. From February 2016 to September 2019, Kelly served as the Director of Human Resources at Wolf Construction Services, Inc. Kelly has also held leadership positions as the Vice President of Human Resources at both Ryko Solutions, Inc. from 2011 to 2015 and Affiliates Management Company from September 2009 to 2011.

Kelly Wadsworth, SPHR, CPSP, SSGP has a strong educational background in business and human resources. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Business/HR from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the same institution. Additionally, they have an Associates Degree in Business Law from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

Kelly Wadsworth has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional expertise. Kelly is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from the Principal Financial Group, certified as a Family Mediator and Business Conflict Mediator by the Academy of Professional Family Mediators, and has obtained the OSHA 30 certification from the National Safety Council. Kelly is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by HRCI and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
