Steve Linehan

Steve Linehan is the current CSO at MadlyRad Labs, Inc. Steve has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on treasury management and strategic growth.

Steve started their career at Capital One in 1997, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Steve was a key member of senior management teams during Capital One's massive growth period, during which time the company transformed from a $50B mono-line credit card company to a $300B diversified banking institution.

During their time at Capital One, Steve was responsible for leading the treasury department, overseeing the company's investment portfolio, managing the company's financial risk, and developing and executing transformational strategies that enabled Capital One's growth. Steve also directed the company's balance sheet and capital and funding strategies, including the overall legal entity design, funding mix, and capital management. Additionally, Steve was accountable for the company's major balance sheet-oriented regulatory initiatives, including the Comprehensive Capital Adequacy Review (CCAR) process.

In 2015, Steve left Capital One to join MadlyRad Labs, Inc. as CSO. In this role, they are responsible for leading MadlyRad's strategy and growth initiatives.

Steve Linehan has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Steve also has a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University. Steve is currently pursuing their master's degree in business administration at Loyola University Maryland.
