Nisha Bhatti has extensive work experience in the field of design and creative roles. nisha started their career in 2008 as a Web and Graphic Designer at Onyx info solutions. nisha then worked as a Web & Graphic Designer at ISH Business Solution from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined ICL Softech Pvt Limited as an Executive Creative Services, specializing as a Web Designer until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Nisha worked at Miracle Studios, where they held various roles including Creative Executive and Sr. Team Lead of Designing. In 2016, they briefly worked at Redlizard Studioz Pvt. Ltd. as a Creative Executive. In 2018, Nisha joined Redlizard Studioz Inc. as a Lead Creative Executive, and later in the same year, they moved to MadOverGames as a Sr. Game Artist.

Nisha Bhatti has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts from Punjabi University Patiala.
