Delisha Tapscott

DeLisha Tapscott, Ed.D., currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Purdue Global and Southern New Hampshire University, while also being the Founder of a consultancy that promotes organizational cultures centered on care, transformation, authenticity, and belonging. As the Interim Co-Executive Director at MADRE, responsibilities include overseeing internal culture and development strategies in DEIB, labor relations, and program management. DeLisha Tapscott has previously held significant roles such as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Digital Promise and is a founding member of ForbesBLK, advocating for Black entrepreneurs and professionals. With a Doctorate in Education and a strong background in leadership, management, and diversity training, DeLisha Tapscott uses extensive expertise to influence systemic change and foster inclusive environments.
