Michael Small

Michael Small is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Sales Director at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since September 2023, Michael previously held the position of Chairman at Small Miracles Inc. since December 2019. From September 2013 to September 2023, Michael was Regional Sales Director at AbbVie, leading the Northeast Region for the Hepatology Franchise. Additional experience includes roles as National Sales Director at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and Genentech, where Michael managed teams and strategies within key therapeutic areas. Michael's earlier career features positions at Genzyme, Novartis, GSK, Merck, and even a stint in media as Associate Sports Director at WCTI TV 12. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University.
