Vij Rajarajan

Vij Rajarajan is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Founder-In-Residence at Madrona Venture Labs and as the Founder of CapaBloom, Vij focuses on enterprise tech start-ups and shares insights on leadership and strategy. Previously, Vij held various senior roles at Microsoft, including Vice President of Security and Compliance, where the Priva privacy management solution was developed, and Vice President of Dynamics 365, leading the creation of the Customer Insights product. With a successful tenure as General Manager overseeing key products like Office 365 and Outlook, along with leadership roles in Bing Ads and System Center, Vij has a proven track record of driving innovation and growth. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
