Alex Kaufman

Alex Kaufman is an Associate Creative Director at Madwell. Alex has been with Madwell since March 2019 and in their current role since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Design Director from May 2018 to March 2019 and a Senior Designer from October 2017 to April 2018. Alex's previous experience also includes working as a designer at Bureau Blank from January 2017 to October 2017, where they led the creative team in developing and evolving conceptual ideas and execution for visual and UX projects.

Alex Kaufman has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design and Printmaking from the University of Michigan. They also have a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and a Front-End Bootcamp certification from Grand Circus Detroit. In addition, they have taken courses in Intaglio Printmaking at Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy, and Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts & Technology. They attended Los Altos High School.
