Tobias Stolberg started their work experience in 2006 at Danfoss as a laboratory engineer, focusing on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps. Tobias worked on implementing TXVs and EXVs in customer applications and was responsible for development and project work. Tobias then became the Driftsmester at Danfoss from July 2006 to November 2007. In 2014, Tobias joined Maersk Container Industry as the Head of Laboratory and Test Center. Tobias led a large-scale project from concept to finished product with over 25 stakeholders and a 3-year implementation plan. Tobias managed a team of 8 employees, drove the department's workflow, and handled task management on smaller projects. Tobias was also involved in facility management and held positions on the company's elected board and as chairman of the employee association.

Tobias Stolberg attended Sønderborg Statsskole from 1994 to 1997, where they earned the degree of Mathematical Student. Following this, they attended Odense Maskinmester Skole from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Marine Engineering.
