The board of directors at Maersk Drilling have a wide range of experience in the oil and gas industry. They have worked as development engineers, managers, and offshore installation managers. They have also taught at Falck Nutec. Their educational backgrounds are in process technology and materials from DTU and leadership, asset management, and strategy from UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole.
