Morten Mosegaard

Morten Mosegaard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Morten began their career as a Business Analyst at Accenture from September 2001 to December 2002. Morten then pursued a PhD at the University of Southern Denmark from 2003 to 2005. After completing their studies, Morten joined Danske Bank, where they held various roles including Senior Analyst, Head of Corporate Solutions, and Head of Business Development and Concepts. Morten later became the Executive Vice President and Head of Group Finance, responsible for leading a team of 200 employees in the Nordics and the Baltics. In 2018, Morten joined Maersk Tankers as the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently became the Interim CEO from May to September 2023. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nissens Cooling Solutions from March 2022 to January 2024.

Morten Mosegaard completed their education in the following sequence:

- In 2012, they attended IMD to complete a program called "Building on Talent."

- From 2003 to 2006, they pursued a PhD in Finance at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.

- In 2003, they were a visiting scholar at the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied quantitative finance.

- From 1996 to 2001, they obtained a Master of Mathematics and Economics degree from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark.

- In 1993, they completed their education at Horsens Statsskole.

- From 1982 to 1993, they attended Stjernevejsskolen.
