Rasmus Bay

Rasmus Bay currently serves as the Head of People and Performance at Maersk Training, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Rasmus was the Head of Talent at Mannaz I Consulting & Learning, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and development. Rasmus has held multiple leadership roles emphasizing strategic leadership development, including Vice President at Mannaz, Chefkonsulent at LEAD, and Nykredit, and Partner at Hein & Partnere. Early career experiences include roles in organizational development, coaching, and management. Rasmus Bay holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen and additional qualifications in coaching from The New School of Psychology.
