Claudia Dilley

Claudia Dilley, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the People Manager at Oaklin since July 2018, following a brief stint in a similar role in freelance work. Prior to this, Claudia was the Chief Happiness Officer at Bow & Arrow, where responsibilities included establishing a new People/HR function and implementing recruitment and compensation strategies. Additional experience includes various freelance project management roles, managing projects for companies in innovation, education, and the arts. Claudia's early career at Christie's spanned over a decade, progressing from Senior Administrator to Associate Director roles in eCommerce and project management, successfully driving significant sales and business development. Claudia holds CIPD qualifications and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from The Courtauld Institute of Art.
