Anna van Beijmerwerdt

Anna van Beijmerwerdt is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee experience, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk since August 2011. Anna has successfully led the growth of the internal talent acquisition team from 20 to 280 employees and has driven the implementation of global HR processes across the Americas. Previous roles include leadership positions focused on organizational design, HR transformation, and change management, showcasing strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Organization Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
