Ashish Sanghavi

Ashish Sanghavi has extensive experience in finance and strategic consulting across various sectors, primarily within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving in the FP&A role at Welltec since January 2022, Ashish previously held the position of Principal Finance Business Partner at LEO Pharma, focusing on corporate performance reporting for the LEO Group. Earlier experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at Wood Mackenzie and Finance Business Partner at Maersk Drilling, where Ashish managed financial performance and forecasting for floating rig operations. At Maersk Oil, Ashish progressed through several economic and strategic positions, leading both team and individual projects that evaluated M&A candidates and exploration opportunities globally. With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University, Ashish combines technical and analytical expertise with strategic financial management.
