Bo Henrik Jepsen

Bo Henrik Jepsen is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in air and sea operations. Currently serving as Group COO Air/Sea at LEMAN since August 2022, Bo previously held multiple key roles at CEVA Logistics from September 2014 to July 2022, including Head of Global Tender Management and various vice president positions focused on business development and route management in North Asia and Greater China. Prior experience includes positions at Toll Global Forwarding and Scan Global Logistics, where responsibilities included managing trade lanes and carrier relations. Bo's career began at Kuehne + Nagel and Maersk Group, where foundational roles included freight forwarding and training.
