Charlene Castillo

Charlene Castillo currently serves as the Global Head of Air Business Process Excellence at A.P. Moller - Maersk since February 2021, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at CEVA Logistics where the individual held various leadership roles including Vice President-Head of Air & Ocean Business Process Excellence and Global Director Business Implementation Air & Ocean. Prior positions include Head of BD Program Management and Global Account Service Manager for the West Region in Torrance, California, as well as several other roles including Project Manager for the BENELUX and Global Account Manager. Charlene Castillo holds a BSS in Psychology and Business from California State University, Long Beach and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from City College of Long Beach.
