Delia Beltran

Delia Beltran is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in transportation software training and support. Currently serving as Director of IT Applications and Director of TMS at A.P. Moller - Maersk since June 2019, Delia has previously held the position of TMS Application Manager. Prior to this role, Delia operated as an Independent Consultant from November 2015 to May 2022, providing training and analytical consulting services. From December 1999 to November 2015, Delia worked at TOTAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC. as Technical, Trainer, and System Support Manager, focusing on vendor collaboration for software implementation and training across various sites.
