Juan Cajiao serves as the Global Head of Market Activation at A.P. Moller - Maersk since March 2017, where responsibilities include driving growth through strategic alliances and managing key projects. Previously, Juan held positions as the Global Head of Market Activation for Lead Logistics, contributing to Maersk's recognition in Gartner’s Third-Party Logistics Magic Quadrant, and led the development of Maersk Flow, a self-service digital platform enhancing supply chain visibility. As Co-Founder and Commercial Director at Greencovery®, Juan focuses on transforming food industry waste into sustainable ingredients. Earlier experience includes roles at Ericsson as Senior Commercial Manager, and Procter & Gamble as Business Planning Leader. Juan also contributed to AIESEC in various leadership capacities, significantly increasing membership and partnerships. Educational qualifications encompass a Global Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Costa Rica.
