Kalyan Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and talent acquisition. Currently a Senior Digital Product Owner at A.P. Moller - Maersk since February 2024, Kalyan Kumar focuses on modernizing talent sourcing and vendor management through digital solutions and process optimization. Previously, Kalyan Kumar served as a Senior Product Owner at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where responsibilities included developing product strategies for Workday systems, and as a Business Analyst at Felix Consultants, implementing Workday recruitment and compensation modules. Kalyan Kumar began a career as a Founding Member at Wedigi Global Consulting Private Limited in July 2007, supporting Microsoft, and has also held the position of Workday Senior Consultant at DELTACLASS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Kalyan Kumar holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of Hyderabad and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Anantapur.
