Katyayani Krishna is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in transformative roles across various regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Frontline People Organisation for A.P. Moller - Maersk, Katyayani has successfully led change management initiatives across 13 countries while supporting over 800 leaders. Previous roles include Head HR for India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, where Katyayani managed HR business partnering for a multibillion-dollar logistics enterprise, and Global HR Business Partner at Maersk Global Service Center, supporting 1,300 employees across crucial business verticals. Prior experience at Genpact LLC included an Assistant Vice President role with significant achievements in employee retention and cost savings.
