Shalini Nataraj

Shalini Nataraj is an accomplished HR professional with extensive global experience in employee experience and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Experience at A.P. Moller - Maersk since August 2018, Shalini has contributed to enhancing employee satisfaction and overseeing HR delivery worldwide. Previous roles at Maersk include Global Head of HR Fleet and Strategic Brands, and Global Head of Human Resources for Maersk GSC in India, China, and the Philippines. Before joining Maersk, Shalini spent over a decade at Target, where the individual held senior HR leadership positions, and prior to that, held various HR roles at Accenture. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bangalore University and a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
