Sharon Kotut is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in regional and organizational human resources. Throughout a career spanning several years, notable positions include Regional HRBP for IMEA Commercial and Finance at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and Head HR roles in UAE, Oman, Qatar, and West Central Asia. Currently serving as Visionary & Chief Purpose Officer at Twende Initiative, Sharon's expertise also encompasses a significant role as Human Resources Manager at Nestle Kenya Limited and Deputy HR Manager at Corn Products Kenya Limited. Educational qualifications include a degree in Organizational Leadership from IMD and completion of a Senior Leadership Development Program at Stellenbosch University.
