Yenia Abadia

Yenia Abadia currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations and Head of Direct Transport Sales for the East Coast of South America at A.P. Moller - Maersk, overseeing customer profiles across Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, while driving sales targets and digitalizing the sales channel. Previous roles include Regional Head of Customer Program Management for Latin America and Area Head of Customer Experience. Prior to these positions, Yenia managed the SeaLand Colombia Cluster and held various roles at Maersk Colombia S.A., including Customer Service Manager and Customer Experience Manager for the Caribbean Sea Cluster. Yenia's career also includes experience as a Sales Representative at Safmarine and a Logistics Coordinator at Corn Products Andina. Yenia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business and various certifications in supply chain management and marketing.
