Dana Steinfeld

Dana Steinfeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand incubation, product innovation, and fragrance development within the beauty industry. Currently serving as SVP of Brand Incubation & Product Innovation at Maesa since October 2011, Dana oversees the development of diverse brands across categories such as skincare, bodycare, fragrance, and haircare, with products available at major retailers including Target and Walmart. Prior to this role, Dana held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Product Development focused on private label beauty at Maesa and served as Senior Director of Product Development and Marketing at Avon, where responsibility included managing a $1.7 billion fragrance portfolio. Earlier career achievements include managing global product innovation for notable brands at Shiseido. Dana holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
