Stephen Lau

Stephen Lau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and quality management within the sustainability sector. Currently serving as the Compliance and Quality Head at Maesa since May 2012, Stephen has been instrumental in developing and implementing ESG/sustainability strategies and conducting comprehensive assessments to identify sustainability risks and performance indicators. Previous roles include Senior Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed EHS, quality, social compliance, and supplier management at companies such as Stylemark Inc. and Li Tong Group. Stephen's career began as a Consultant at Columbia Consultants, Inc. and is supported by a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University earned between 1997 and 2001.
