Felipe Spina has worked in the digital marketing and technology industries for over ten years. In 2011, they began their career as a Digital Planning Manager at Urban Summer Digital Creative. In 2012, they moved to Sinc as a Media Planner, where they were responsible for the performance media team, client meetings, and budget allocation. In 2013, they joined Inkuba as a Performance Manager, where they were responsible for results, client meetings, and budget allocation. That same year, they also began teaching at Internet Innovation and ComSchool. In 2015, they joined RD Station as a Growth Marketing Manager, where they planned and executed marketing campaigns across Paid Media channels and tracked and analyzed channel and campaign KPIs. In 2018, they became an Investor (EXIT) at Monetus and also joined Distrito as a Partner and Head of Growth & Account-Based Marketing (ABM). In 2019, they became an Investor (EXIT) at ATTA. In 2022, they became a Cofounder and CEO of Maestro ABM.

Felipe Spina has an extensive education history. Felipe completed a Bachelor's degree in Virtual System: Web Design in 2004 from Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz. Felipe also attended Escola Técnica Oswaldo Cruz from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Marketing and Advertising. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Australian Pacific College to study Business Communication Skills. In 2010, they attended Miami Ad School (M.AD School) for a BOOTCAMP FOR COMMUNICATIONS PLANNERS. In 2011, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for Digital media planning. In 2014, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Driving Growth Through Innovation - India, Perestroika for Creative Process, and The School of Life for Mindfulness at Work. Felipe also obtained a Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship certification from the University of Maryland in 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Certificação de uso do software RD Station and an Inbound Marketing certification from Resultados Digitais. In 2017, they obtained a Real-time Advertising Fundamentals certification from Quantcast. In 2018, they obtained an Account-Based Marketing Certification: Advanced certification from Demandbase. In 2022, they obtained a Certificado Account-Based Marketing (ABM) certification from Maestro ABM. Felipe also has a Google AdWords certification - video advertising.
