Cheryl Yu

Cheryl Yu has extensive experience in the field of alliances and customer success. Cheryl currently holds the position of VP of Alliances at MaestroQA since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Coveo for five years, from May 2017 to April 2022, as the Director of Alliances. Before joining Coveo, Cheryl worked at Salesforce for three and a half years, starting in July 2013. During their time at Salesforce, they held roles as Executive Programs, Customer Success from February 2016 to May 2017, and as Program Manager, Enterprise Sales from July 2013 to February 2016.

Cheryl Yu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from San Francisco State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In June 2016, Cheryl became a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. In April 2016, they also obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
